Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for a problem area product pod, including developing objectives, strategy and delivery milestones

Be the champion of user needs, business value and market knowledge, using these to define requirements and drive prioritization for the pod

Build best-in-class user experience for these products that drives high adoption, satisfaction, retention

Perform research and conduct analysis to determine the success of initiatives

Collaborate with the engineering manager to manage the day-to-day efforts of ongoing initiatives, from managing standups, to triaging bugs, to providing project updates

Lead initiatives with cross-functional teams within Voltus to ensure the product is successful, adequately supported, integrated with the company’s operations and aligned with our business strategy

Communicate initiatives and results with stakeholders across the organization

Develop and own the financial impact of products
