UX Designer - Workplace Tech Customer Experience

Responsibilities
Develop and test frameworks for Use Tech, including identifying customer touchpoints, mapping integrated customer journeys, and designing experience scope and templates for an upcoming ServiceNow launch.
Collaborate with the larger Tech CX team in knowledge sharing, review sessions, and leveraging the team’s design, communication, and engagement capabilities.
Utilize design knowledge to impact and contribute to the IT workplace customer experience.

Required
Excellent communication and storytelling ability
Self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative team environment
Values iteration and refinement and takes pride in producing high-quality work
Strong understanding of User-Centered Design Methodology and Design Thinking
Proficiency in UX Design and User Research tools, measurements, and models
Previous experience in an Agile environment
Currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
