Responsibilities
Graphic Design using Adobe products for both print and digital spaces
Conceptualize, design, and implement creative graphics and content, both print and digital, on time and within budget
Follow brand standards and maintain brand continuity across various channels to support Alma’s B2B and B2C marketing efforts
Keep up to date with the latest software, trends, and computer technologies.
Design logos, interactive materials, brochures, postcards, websites, emails, advertising, social graphics, and video for product, event, and sales campaigns
Clearly explain design rationale that aligns with company business objectives to stakeholders and internal team members

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar field of study
3+ years of experience in a graphic design focused role
Meticulous layout and typography skills required
Proven ability to edit video using Adobe Premier Pro or After Effects
Knowledge of agile methodologies for project management
Positive attitude and approach to the job responsibilities and the Alma team
Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Bridge, and Acrobat)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
