Responsibilities
Assist in the review and oversight of facilities projects.
Develop design strategies for new construction and renovation projects.
Provide architectural and space planning solutions.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
Maintain project costs, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
Complete weekly and monthly internal and external reporting.
Perform quality control and assurance inspections and surveys.
Develop project briefings and presentations.
Collaborate with project team members to ensure compliance with requirements.
Investigate and resolve facility construction and renovation issues.
Capture action items for project management teams and disseminate meeting minutes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering or other relative degree and 5 years of related experience with Federal government clients.
Working knowledge of furniture procurement and installation.
Ability to coordinate facility planning requirements, such as IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Construction.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Ability to obtain and hold a Public Trust Background Investigation.
Experience working as a contractor for federal agencies, specifically the Department of Homeland Security.
Ability to pass a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Preferred
Preferred candidates will possess a current security clearance or an active federal background investigation. This ensures they meet the stringent requirements for handling sensitive information and accessing secure government facilities.
PMP Certification desired.
