Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
Document business requirements and create functional specifications.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate existing business processes and suggest improvements.
Implement new processes and systems to enhance business performance.
Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks.
Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and changes.
Create detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and specifications.
Prepare and present reports to management and other stakeholders.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Identify and resolve any issues or defects in collaboration with the development team.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau/PowerBI)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies
