Responsibilities
A quick learner immersing in the client's business, competitive landscape, and translating needs into actionable deliverables
A brand guidelines guard supporting products and portfolios by identifying discrepancies and maintaining consistency across all deliverables including messaging
A flexible partner maintaining a pulse on client expectations and priorities while managing, guiding, and evolving as necessary
A client collaborator who proactively connects with compliance solutions and partners within an enterprise that drives project progress including legal, medical, and regulatory review
A growth driver identifying incremental work or services for clients – all while converting them into agency advocates
A thought partner identifying opportunities, asking the right questions, and presenting possible paths forward to achieve healthcare marketing objectives
A proactive thinker anticipating needs and communicating solutions with the objective of making the client's job easier
A digital marketing maven providing clients a perspective on the digital ecosystem and its latest trends and some guidance on SEO, paid, earned, and owned media
A financial forecaster comfortable managing project estimates and budgets, forecasting, and invoicing
A protective lookout monitoring project budgets and SOWs and immediately raising flags when projects are in jeopardy due to timing or budget and proposing solutions
An agency champion communicating high-value projects to leadership and collaborating with them on proposed action plans
An advocate for high standards ensuring excellence in work within agreed upon timelines and budgets including multi-deliverable, long-range initiatives
A resource pro consulting with the entire team including project manager and creative director to monitor capacity, actively forecast, and reallocate work as needed
A team torchbearer leading status meetings that ensure deliverables are aligned to client objectives and propelled to the next stage of development through meaningful and productive conversations
An amazing multi-tasker managing many campaigns with multiple clients across a variety of media (print, digital, web, video, etc.) with a constant eye on quality
A diligent documentarian taking notes and managing client feedback both externally and internally
A creative problem-solver who digests challenges with both the agency and client in mind and proactively brings potential solutions to the table for consideration
An enthusiastic collaborator productively functioning with agency partners including creative, strategy, digital, and teammates

Required
3-4 years of agency experience actively managing multimillion-dollar accounts with proven contributions in client relationships and growth
1-2 years working with Fortune 100 healthcare companies, preferably medical devices, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and/or nutrition
2 years of project management in developing and managing detailed timelines and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously
1 year of digital experience or 2+ years of digital exposure as part of client work including SEO, SEM, paid media/social campaign development, marketing and QR code marketing and having at least 1 website project with 25+ pages built on WordPress, Drupal, or similar
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with cross-functional teams including design, copy, UX, strategy, development, video production, and vendors
Comfortable working from a home-based office and being on-site with clients 1x per month and occasional travel, as needed.
Preferred
Experience with Basecamp, Harvest, Forecast, Acrobat Pro, Dropbox
Authored or published content in WordPress or Drupal-based CMS
Built and deployed emails on marketing automation platforms such as Constant Contact, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar
Developed digital marketing strategies including campaigns composed of multi-channel tactics like email, social, SEO, SEM, video, podcast, webinars, virtual events, etc.
Knowledge of google analytics and digital media analysis and reporting
Expertise working in Veeva Vault, medical/regulatory reviews, and/or other processes within a highly regulated industry
