Responsibilities

Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories for consumption by development pods in each sprint.

Analyze data to align features with product goals/objectives and maximize business value.

Create clear, concise, and actionable acceptance criteria for user stories.

Collaborate with UX analysts to ensure prototypes accurately convey story intent.

Work with IT Development team and EQA to understand the boundaries of each story.

Contribute to the definition of overall strategy and scope, including understanding the business rationale behind each initiative.

Preference given to candidates with experience building end user software for PSS systems, particularly in the context of airport agent software for managing customers and flights.
