Responsibilities
Develop visually compelling original and creative visuals to educate and engage audiences
Create assets including digital static, HTML5, Out of Home advertisements, email, web, social media, direct mail, print ads, infographics, and other tactics
Achieve a deep understanding of the customer problem and develop visually unique ways to engage the audience

Required
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, business, or related field
OR Associates degree in graphic design, business or related field with 2 or more years of applicable experience
OR High School diploma with 10 or more years of applicable experience
Experience in a fast-paced marketing organization or corporate brand department preferred
Understanding of and practical application of graphic design programs (Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience in website design and content development
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and basic design principles
Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously
Excellent storyteller
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with the ability to move seamlessly across diverse business groups and geographical cultures
Preferred
Photography skills are large bonus
