Responsibilities

Coalesce data from multiple sources and utilize reporting & analytical tools to generate detailed performance reports and statistics.

Leverage data from various sources and work with cross-functional operations team to create, modify, and distribute business performance management reports and dashboards.

Define measures of success, track metrics, and analyze data to identify areas of opportunity.

Partner with the CRM team to manage relationship intelligence, create e-marketing campaigns, and report on campaign analytics.

Participate in data projects and dashboard development as needed.

Analyze the impact of practice initiatives and provide recommendations to managers.
