Responsibilities
Manage the creative process for Digital, Social, Web, and Video/TV projects.
Create work orders based on previous ads or new creative briefings to ensure alignment with overarching strategy.
Open work order in system and assign job numbers, specs, direction.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure creative is being done correctly.
Work with outside vendors as needed to ensure all work has been uploaded and delivered on-time and to spec.
Manage Timelines and set due dates for various stages of job completion.
In partnership with Project Manager and Creative Team, manage creative process for multiple projects and deadlines to ensure staying on task.
Communicate client changes/recommendations and provide guidance/insight regarding jobs to Creative Department and appropriate internal departments.
Check work against original work order or creative brief to ensure on strategy.
Oversee with the Account Coordinator for file organization, meeting support, daily priorities and weekly status documents, and internal timelines.

Clear communication with multiple stakeholders. A good AE has to be a thinker, not a messenger
Organizing/planning - handles workflow on assigned projects and revises plans when required
Taking initiative - An independent worker that works well on a team and can be proactive and a self-starter
Decision making capabilities - makes realistic/workable commitments and recommends sound solutions and ideas
Ability to problem solve - offers suggestions and ideas
Be able to work with the internal teams to find solutions to clients’ needs
Flexibility with schedule
Ability to manage Excel spreadsheets
Preferred
Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs
