Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
Oversee daily social media posting on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for Savills North America and subsidiaries.
Act as project lead for producing social media assets, coordinating with Creative Services and stakeholders.
Support setup and maintenance of social media management tools, like Sprinklr, and analyze campaign performance.
Coordinate workflow for digital marketing initiatives, including website updates and program launches.
Assist in developing marketing plans aligned with Macro’s business goals.
Coordinate creation and updates of marketing materials to maintain brand consistency.
Support thought leadership content production to position Macro as an industry leader.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
Entry-level position; 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related area.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Construction is a plus but not required.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
