Responsibilities

Eliminate project roadblocks and drive continuous project improvements.

Organize and facilitate meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related activities.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Use Scrum techniques to manage product and project backlogs.

Assist the development team with creating high-value products and providing education on self-organization and cross-functionality for assigned areas.

Support the development team in organizational environments where Agile methodologies are not fully understood or adopted.

Partner with various teams to resolve project conflicts and work closely with Agile product owners, solutions architects, and delivery teams.

Facilitate Agile and Scrum events and decision-making processes.

3+ years of project management experience leading small-scale projects
