Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with product, design, operations, engineering, and other interdepartmental resources to successfully drive product requirements through the intake process with the highest level of quality
Own program status reporting for product roadmap items within your domain that are in pre-development stages
Adapt to changing conditions and modify project execution plan as appropriate while overseeing the work intake for multiple programs within your domain
Proactively highlight and resolve risks and issues and clearly communicate those risks to stakeholders
Identify blockers and facilitate the removal of those blockers
Define and execute end-to-end project plans for projects and programs
Define, implement and establish best practices for requirements intake processes for Client Engineering teams

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management or similar field, or equivalent experience, in lieu of degree
2+ years managing technical program management teams in a software organization
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while successfully leading multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of engineering software processes, lifecycle methodology, configuration management, release management, and system verification and testing
Must have legal right to work in the U.S
