Responsibilities

Processes attorney, director and office expenses and invoices and reconciles credit card charges

Submits check requests

Submits new client and/or matter requests and basic preliminary conflicts checks

Organizes electronic client files in FileSite (document management)

Submits time entry into Intapp

Requests research articles from outside vendor

Coordinates travel

Prepares engagement letters

Assists with other department activities and special projects as assigned, including project-based work, data entry, ups mailings, etc.

Required

2 years of administrative experience in a professional services organization, law firm experience preferred

Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, as well as document management and other office technologies

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
