Good knowledge of Agile project management methodology
2+ years’ experience in DevOps or JIRA
Experience in Networking and Communications protocols (SFTP)
Nice to have cloud Networking, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Exposure to CPaaS, SIP, VoIP, WebRTC, Twilio, Azure Communications services, telephony, Audio codes, Video codes, OPUS, RTC, Real-time communications
Excellent work ethic with willingness to learn from team members
Strong attention to detail
Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
