Responsibilities
Partner with leadership and business development team on research, qualifications, and project pursuits for new business opportunities
Design and develop winning proposal content and materials to highlight competitive advantages
Lead and manage proposal/qualifications/presentation development with internal PM’s and business developers
Ensure consistent and effective communication of targeted positioning and brand awareness messaging
Monitor trends impacting core industries, geographies, and clients, and support research initiatives
Manage marketing collateral organization and maintenance including content, documents, images, and project data
Support team through event planning, sponsorships, award submissions, and professional photography and videography coordination
Assist in preparation of promotional materials, including eNewsletters, and digital and printed marketing collateral
Champion professional development by maximizing learning experiences and industry knowledge/expertise

Required
Proven experience developing SOQs and responses to detailed RFPs
Strong graphic design and layout skills
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop experience required), and other desktop publishing programs
Flexible working with multiple personality styles and management levels, both in-person and virtual
Ability to effectively communicate with and take direction from senior management, supervisors, peers, and clients as needed
Ability to successfully balance conflicting priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, or related field
4+ years of post-graduate professional experience, preferably within the A/E/C industry
