Responsibilities
Assist in conceptualizing and reshaping business processes, focusing on system updates and budgeting/forecasting support.
Analyze process areas/data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Understand and analyze customer needs to ensure business processes align with requirements.
Identify and analyze data repositories to extract insights for decision-making.
Design and maintain executive-level reports within an information repository.
Evaluate business area readiness for change, implement new processes, and track progress.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to financial performance and project execution.
Collaborate with customers and partners, gather requirements, and ensure effective communication.
Provide support in project management activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to goals.
Perform benchmark comparisons of business processes with external entities for continuous improvement.

Required
University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Proficiency in using data visualization tools and creating informative dashboards for executive-level reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Knowledge of data modeling and algorithms techniques is preferred.
