Responsibilities
8+ years in Project Management managing a variety of IT projects
Experience working between IT, Finance, and Operations teams
Experience managing a wide variety of projects including decommission, implementation, and integration projects
Experience managing Projects within an Agile Delivery and the ability to drive teams
Experience managing projects consisting of multiple work streams with a year-over-year budget in the range of $1MM+
Experience managing projects with remote team members based out of multiple geographies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience managing remote executive stakeholders
Ability to balance cost, timelines, and agile scope management with proven successes of on-time and on-budget deliveries
Ability to set priorities straight for all team members from remote developers, testers, BA’s, work stream leads, and executives on a daily and weekly basis as part of daily scrum calls and team meetings
Expertise in multiple project management frameworks and methodologies with proven ability to quickly absorb existing PMO standards and lead programs utilizing them
Extreme vendor management experience including potentially managing 4-5 vendors at the same time and ability to set their priorities straight to meet program goals
Ability to navigate complex matrix organization to manage all the integration points, IT functions, and shared services
Proven leadership experience to drive large teams and work stream leads to meet pressing timelines along with managing executives and stakeholder expectations
Ability to create executive-level presentations at short notice including the ability to distill down high-priority risks among all the ongoing program work and present mitigation strategies
Experience with Planview is a plus
