Responsibilities

Work closely with product marketing teams to develop impactful marketing materials for the promotion of new and current products.

Design, develop, and update marketing collateral including cutsheets, brochures, and sales aids.

Create and sustain content for company websites.

Drive sales results by simplifying complex systems for marketing communications and collateral. Be able to present and explain in an effective and concise manner.

Ensure materials are accurate, meet branding standards, and are available for sales teams and channel partners.

Participate in demand generation activities across various traditional and digital media channels to articulate the benefits of our products and services. Activities may include managing and planning customer events, tradeshows, conferences, and webinars, and creating collateral, pitch decks, press releases, newsletters, case studies, and social media content to create awareness and generate demand

Required

Bachelor's Degree

3+ years of marketing, communications, and/or collateral development experience

3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred

Marketing experience with 5-7 years experience in roles of increasing responsibility

Experience with building automation systems a plus

Strong project management skills

Strong communication skills with ability to interact within a cross functional team of Engineering, Sales, Product Management, Marketing professionals, and external Marketing Agencies

Excellent problem solving and analytic skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities

Sense of urgency, self-initiative, commitment, and sense of ownership

Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
