Responsibilities
Collaborate with government counterparts on project and financial management.
Develop and maintain project schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
Facilitate regular communication and coordination with government and external stakeholders.
Provide expertise in policy and strategy discussions, supporting interagency and international engagements.
Assist in drafting and finalizing acquisition materials and project documentation.
Support development of strategic documents, including the OBP Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan.
Prepare and present materials for Program Management Reviews and other key meetings.
Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to support the implementation of BTRP policies and strategies.
Travel internationally as needed to support the BTRP mission.

Required
Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
BA/BS Degree
At least 3 years of project management, government acquisition or similar experience
Demonstrated Acquisition experience
Experience and successful track record building effective relationship with clients and other stakeholders, understanding client’s requirements and meeting client expectations
Experience applying project management best practices in support of multiple ongoing projects while delivering high-quality outputs. Ability to track multiple competing priorities and dynamic portfolio components
Track record working in a matrixed environment, coordinating work across large, diverse teams, and being an effective and collaborative team member
Demonstrated ability to write for senior leaders
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel internationally
Requirement to work in the office at least 2-3 days a week
Preferred
MA/MS Degree
10+ years of project management, government acquisition or similar experience
Familiarity with Cooperative Threat Reduction with experience related to DTRA CTR and government acquisition processes
Project Management Professional (or equivalent) certification
