Responsibilities

Support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues to increase knowledge and responsibilities.

Participate in project & task assignments related to proposals, onboarding new business, and managing provider relationships.

Assume responsibility for less complex projects while developing fundamental concepts and procedures.

Exercise excellent business judgment to research and resolve departmental issues.

Maintain accurate documentation, communicate proactively with responsible parties, and utilize relevant department tools.

Become proficient in using department tools and resources.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years of experience in data management or analytics

Preferred

Intermediate skills in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Access a plus)

Project management experience highly desired

A demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet goals

Ability to work evening hours and weekends as client situations dictate

Ability to partner closely and establish good working relationships with other business units

Highly detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
