Responsibilities

Eliminate project roadblocks and drive continuous project improvements.

Organize and facilitate Scrum-related activities such as meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and demos.

Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Use Scrum techniques to manage product and project backlogs.

Assist the development team with creating high-value products and provide education on self-organization and cross-functionality.

Support the development team in organizational environments where Agile methodologies are not fully understood or adopted.

Resolve project conflicts by partnering with various teams and work closely with Agile product owners, solutions architects, and delivery teams.

Facilitate Agile and Scrum events and decision-making processes.
