Required

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 3+ years of experience working in product or service design

OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems)

A portfolio demonstrating interaction + visual design and prototyping skills

Proficient in all aspects and levels of interaction/UX design from information architecture to systems and workflows to micro-interactions

Solving hard problems, driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as engineering, product management, research and marketing; and shipping relevant experiences within deadlines

User-centric approach to design and an understanding of how to apply research insights into design and development of product experiences. Experience in data-driven decision-making

Preferred

Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, OR related field AND 3+ years of experience working in product OR service design

OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, OR related field AND 5+ years of experience working in product OR service design

OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems)

2+ years of experience shipping games or products and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process

Ability to generate empathy, using written and verbal communication, presentation, and organizational skills
