Responsibilities

Managing the post-sales customer relationship from onboarding to renewal and advocating for the customer throughout their lifecycle
Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges to help them succeed with using Make
Identifying potential new business opportunities in cooperation with the Sales team
Preparing for renewals to minimize churn and secure net ARR
Exploring co-branded content opportunities to showcase Make capabilities with committed promoters
Working closely with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure customer objectives are met
Managing projects to deliver maximum value to Make customers
Proactively assessing territory health to maximize retention and identify growth opportunities

Required

Clear understanding of customers' business objectives
Experience managing post-sales customer relationships
Ability to identify new business opportunities
Experience preparing for renewals to minimize churn
Ability to troubleshoot potential issues and ensure customer objectives are met
Proven project management skills
Ability to assess territory health to maximize retention and identify growth opportunities

Preferred

Experience working in a SaaS or technology company
Knowledge of customer success best practices
Experience with customer success tools and platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
Experience with no-code platforms or iPAAS solutions
Experience in the tech industry
Familiarity with CRM systems
