Responsibilities
Serve as the conduit between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements, developing roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog
Lead backlog refinement of features and user stories, ensuring delivery teams are prepared for sprint deadlines
Work with stakeholders to make decisions on scope, provide input into functional decisions, and interact daily with product development teams
Focus on product-level impediments and process changes to enhance software quality and speed
Make trade-off decisions between features, quality, and timelines to deliver optimal solutions for clients
Ensure Product leadership is informed of key issues, provide recommendations for issue resolution, and collaborate with Product Managers on feature alignment with business goals
Build in-depth knowledge of initiative goals and drive value based on cost, time, functionality, and quality
Collaborate with Architects and Tech Leads on non-functional requirements and work with Quality Assurance for test case identification and product integration testing
Participate in PI Planning Program Backlog and fulfill other responsibilities assigned by the manager

Required
Bachelor’s in technology or business or equivalent job experience required
Minimum of 2-year relevant experience preferably within an advisory firm or working under business transformation division in insurance, banking, or investment management sectors
Understand Audit workflows
Experience managing product backlogs and requirements for Agile delivery teams in a Product Owner capacity
Over 10+ years’ experience delivering products using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Deep understanding of web service technologies, user interface/interaction, customer journeys, and knowledge of Systems Development and Project Management lifecycles
Experience with Product & Technology Roadmap development through influence of key business and technology partners to identify business priorities
Experience working with multiple partners in a global setting with varying level of needs
Willingness to empower as well as encourage commitment and positive attitude in the team
Inquisitive and innovative mindset with a shown ability to recognize opportunities to create distinctive value
Successfully evaluate workload to drive efficiency
Ability to build strong relationships with partners across the business; ensure that you understand their role, the needs of their area, and their requirements throughout the project
A self-starter who is organized, detail oriented, takes initiative with minimal direction, and understands concepts quickly
Understand the value of product ownership and can effectively communicate the value proposition
Skilled at removing roadblocks

Aptitude for handling multiple concurrent demands and prioritizing responsibilities in a dynamic, high-energy environment
