Responsibilities
Work closely with NAVAIR IPTs, engineers, and administrative staff to lead technical, engineering, and administrative efforts related to mission planning and electronic warfare.
Be the single point of contact between the contracting team and the government customer.
Manage and monitor Cost, Schedule, and Scope for all projects under development.
Ensure DoD 5000.02 AAF is institutionalized across projects in coordination with IPT process improvement initiatives.
Manage multiple subcontractors and ensure subcontractor teams perform as a single integrated team within the government-contractor IPT.
Work with corporate operations to ensure contract deliverables are delivered on time.
Resolve issues and conflicts, execute government-directed tasks, and provide rapid responses to challenges with program management and contract execution.
Review system/software architecture, program, and contract documents to ensure all projects are progressing according to established cost and schedule.
Recruit and retain technically qualified personnel that meet the requirements of the contract.

Required
U.S Citizenship
DoD Security Clearance (NOT ACCEPTED - H1B, F1, or Green card/Permanent Resident)
Ability to work onsite (remote/telework is not an option)
BS or BA in Business administration or other relevant technical discipline (Aerospace, Electrical, Computer Science, Systems Engineering)
3 to 10 years as a program manager in a DoD environment
Experience with Navy aircraft and weapons systems highly desired
Experienced in managing all aspects of a DoD contract, including subcontractors
Exceptional inter-personal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work with multiple task teams, build a cohesive environment, facilitate teamwork, resolve conflicts, and ultimately produce quality products for both US and FMS customers
Experience with Navy and/or Air Force Mission Planning Environments
Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Possess a minimum of a Secret clearance
Preferred
Experience with Agile/SAFe development methodologies as well as DoD 5000.02 Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF)
Familiar with Electronic Warfare concepts
Familiar with Navy aircraft platforms – F/A-18 E/F, EA-18G, F-35, AV-8B
