Responsibilities

Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ideate, design, and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.

Continually optimize the platform design based on data and research.

Participate in user research and usability testing to gain insights and validate design decisions.

Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Required

3-5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.

Experience building and shipping applications or software products.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, process, and impact on projects.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and design systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams.

Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.

Passion for creating delightful and intuitive user experiences that solve real user problems.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
