Responsibilities
Coach and guide Scrum teams on Agile practices and values to ensure effective delivery.
Facilitate Scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes in order to maintain a high level of productivity and collaboration.
Assist in identifying and resolving impediments that hinder the team's progress and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide mentorship and support to team members to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and self-organization.

Required
3+ years agile experience (Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.)
1+ years project/program management experience
