Responsibilities
Manages project tracking systems including coordination of schedule management meetings, data integration, and data integrity review.
Plans and executes data analytic reports, develops methods for data improvement, and identifies problems for corrective actions.
Inspects, transforms, and models data to highlight useful information, communicates with staff for guidance, and researches guidelines for organizational efficiency.
Utilizes database and spreadsheets management for data extrapolation, strategic reporting, and track performance goals.
Serves as a technical advisor, identifies data issues, proposes solutions, and facilitates system-specific support for end users.
Coordinates with staff and managers for data gathering, collaborates across divisions for data sharing, and oversees data cleaning initiatives.
Audits business data, reviews documents, identifies discrepancies, and synthesizes raw data into useful business information.
Assesses business operations effectiveness, analyzes data processes, and enhances customer satisfaction through data management.
Negotiates with internal divisions for data systems, develops relationships to meet business objectives, and maintains positive customer relationships.
May conduct data entry, perform quality assurance, respond to information requests, and solve unusual database issues.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required
Knowledge and understanding of data management business systems, varied software applications and qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis techniques and methodologies to perform systems and data analysis roles and to determine ways to improve systems effectiveness and efficiencies.
Ability to manipulate and extrapolate data, perform system queries and generate specialized management reports.
Knowledge of PBS acquisition processes and to act as a technical consultant and advisor to internal and/or external customers on varied business systems and data management issues.
Knowledge of PBS policies and initiatives related to data management and associated performance measures to ensure technical advice provided and decisions made are in line with performance and goals.
Ability to gather, evaluate, and format data in connection with the compilation of statistical information and the preparation of recurring reports.
Strong written and oral communications skills to explain and implement business systems and data management decisions and practices.
Experience with data manipulation, management, and reporting.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organization skills.
Skill and experience in being goal oriented with the ability to apply a superior attention to details.
Ability and experience utilizing technical research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Skill in applying principles, concepts, methods, efficiencies and practices of data analysis and presentation.
Preferred
Working knowledge of VBA, SQL with working knowledge of PL/SQL, Access/Excel skills including pivot tables/macros, Google Apps Scripts, Java Script
