Responsibilities
Acts as an advocate to raise awareness of the needs of children and prioritizes child protection considerations.
Designs for the customer using market analysis, customer insights, and technical constraints.
Creates user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to conceptualize detailed interaction behaviors.
Establishes design guidelines and best practices, maintaining consistency in visual elements.
Partners with product and engineering teams to deliver a loveable product to market.
Assesses and optimizes the effectiveness of features through usability testing and user research.
Presents design work to cross-disciplinary teams and executive leaders.
Coaches and provides expertise to other professionals in the user experience discipline.

Required
8+ years Relevant experience working in this or a related field.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Proven experience design and shipping consumer tech products.
Strong passion for working backwards from the customer to create lovable products
Experience in inventing, designing, and launching consumer tech products at large scale (millions of users)
Experience partnering with engineering, design, and operations teams
Experience designing global products
