Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications and systems to improve business operations
Utilize various computing architectures such as client/server, intranet, web, cloud, console/batch, etc.
Apply technical or business knowledge to projects
Design, develop, deploy, and support web and desktop-based business applications
Develop cloud-based solutions hosted in Azure utilizing cloud offerings
Administer Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
Harden and resolve web applications against web vulnerabilities
Work proficiently with technologies such as .NET, Visual Studio, C#, HTML 5, JavaScript, CSS, SQL Server, XML, Web Services/APIs, Source Control, Power Platform, and PowerShell
Develop and implement API Development, .NET Core, Web Application Development, and Microsoft Azure

Required
Minimum of three years of experience in a Software Developer role or similar in the Real Estate & Property industry.
Demonstrable proficiency in API Development.
Knowledge and experience in using .NET Core for software development.
Proven experience in Web Application Development.
Familiarity with cloud computing, specifically Microsoft Azure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Demonstrable ability to learn new technologies quickly.
