Responsibilities
Design and configure master recipes (eBR) in systems like Emerson Syncade, translating product and process specifications into clear, executable electronic work instructions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process development, engineering, quality) to ensure eBRs meet regulatory requirements and production needs.
Support continuous improvement of the MES system, identifying opportunities for automation and data-driven process optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve MES system issues, ensuring smooth production workflows.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience in biomanufacturing or a similar environment
Proven experience with MES systems, particularly Emerson Syncade
Strong understanding of biomanufacturing processes and GxP regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience with recipe development and management tools
Knowledge of industry standards (cGMP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11)
