Responsibilities

Lead a team of five to six data analysts and own the organization’s staffing models.

Update staffing forecasts and key staffing metrics.

Develop new insights into data and support process changes.

Work with all levels of leadership within the Claims organization, listening to their analytical needs, converting them into action items, and providing staffing mentorship.

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics or Statistics or other related fields of study and a minimum of three years prior analyst experience.
