Responsibilities

Design, build, and support ingestion solutions for the Data Factory Platform on GCP.

Own end-to-end responsibility for developing pipelines to ingest data into the Data Lake.

Provide no/low code solutions for developers and operators to deploy data pipelines.

Leverage native GCP services and 3rd party data products for ingestion patterns.

Lead, support, and manage existing applications while developing new deliverables on GCP.

Required

Minimum 4-5 years of experience with large scale solutioning and operationalization of data warehouses, data lakes and analytics platforms on GCP

Experience with Google Cloud Services

Knowledge of coding best practices and production code standards

Ability to propose GCP-based solutions based on best practices

Working with Agile and Lean methodologies

4-5 years of experience in Java/Kotlin with Spring Boot, Rest API’s

Experience with LDAP, Spring Security

Experience with DB migration using Liquibase/Flyway

Experience with Git and Tekton

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Experience with Development in Cloud Run/Cloud Function

Experience with Cloud PubSub and Kafka

Experience with BigQuery development/operations

Experience with Cloud Logging/Monitoring principles/operations

Experience with CI/CD on Google Cloud

Experience with Terraform Development

Knowledge of Dataflow with streaming

Preferred

Knowledge of Python

Knowledge of Angular

Experience with Software Quality tools like CheckMarx, Fossa, 42C, and CYCODE
