Responsibilities

Analyzing business systems, processes, and related data to determine solutions for new or improved business capabilities.
Acting as a member of a product team to translate business terms and processes into technical requirements and specifications.
Functioning as a proxy product owner and subject matter expert for various business domains.
Preparing communications and presentations on system enhancements or alternatives.
Applying conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the job discipline.
Identifying problems in standard work processes and seeking guidance to resolve them.
Acquiring knowledge of financial and market principles for business strategy development.
Identifying and managing key business partner relationships, maintaining open communication, and delivering value.

Assisting team members in creating technical communication materials and developing an understanding of different audience groups.
Recognizing business issues impacting work and gathering data for potential solutions.
Reviewing project timelines, developing task schedules, and identifying project resources.
Keeping stakeholders informed of progress and changes to task timing that impact project schedules.

Required

Acquires knowledge of financial and market principles considered in the development of a business strategy
Develops a broad understanding of ROI (return on investment) principles
Identifies and manages key business partner relationships
Identifies areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed within own work area
Seeks relevant information to ensure own understanding of complex information
Recognizes presenting business issues impacting own work
Reviews overarching project timeline and develops a schedule of tasks to achieve project milestones

Preferred

Minimum 2+ years of experience
Experience with O365 Products, Microsoft Team Foundational Server (TFS), Jama, SQL Language and SQL & PL/SQL
Familiarity with MS Access, SQL queries, and mainframe environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, leadership, and relationship building
Strong project management, organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience
