Responsibilities
Handle service ticket assignments timely and efficiently.
Conduct troubleshooting calls via MS Teams.
Manage access requests to multiple systems.
Set up and create TMA accounts assisting The Launch team, ensuring smooth setup and functionality of these accounts.
Continued account maintenance within TMA.
Aid in training sessions for QR code creation, device setup, manager training, device login, route testing, and employee training.
Act as the liaison between the field and the development team.

Required
Prior experience in technology support, troubleshooting and customer service.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience with Service Now or other related ticketing platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Teams.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
Experience and familiarity with mobile applications is a plus.
