Responsibilities
Implement project and process management methodology, standards, and tools for successful project delivery.
Lead project kick-off meetings and act as the initial point of escalation for issues.
Assist in developing project bids and proposals, overseeing negotiated terms and pricing.
Proactively mitigate risks and forecast project trajectories to keep projects on track.
Ensure safe and industry-standard execution of account-specific field operations.
Accurately estimate costs and revenue, maintain project information, and communicate regularly with stakeholders.
Manage project data via company-issued tools, act as the main point of contact between internal and external parties.
Develop strong partnerships, maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Provide upper management with assessments for potential new business opportunities.
Drive operational excellence in key process areas and improve customer satisfaction scores.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to weekly operations meetings and adhere to time entry policies on projects.

Required
Three to five years of experience working in a project environment, including relevant industry experience preferably with overall responsibility.
Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
PMP or Equivalent Professional Certification
