Responsibilities

Provide Leadership guidance to offshore resources seeing through development, enhancement, and support activities.
Involved in technical design and development of applications.
Ensure design and code reviews are completed for each release and sprint.
Responsible to adherence with standard US Bank product delivery best practices.
Responsible to designs across multiple applications are compatible with each other.
Ensure product delivery to the agreed upon scope and timeline.
Work collectively with development organizations to identify dependencies across work streams.
Collaborate with enterprise teams to deliver functional requirements.
Collaborate with internal product teams with development and testing efforts and help resolve any issues or roadblocks.
Collaborate with project architect to review the requirements with the backend, internal and vendor teams.
Certify unit testing is completed and manage any unit test defects to resolution.
Ensure development follows the approved solution architecture plan.
Responsible for monitoring operation efficiency of application systems.
Involved in Identifying opportunities for improvement and recommended technical solutions.
Strive in developing best in class experience to our customers.

Required

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
Must have experience working with bank services like Self-directed brokerage, Automated Investor, Managed Brokerage, Personal Trust
Knowledge of OOP and patterns
Extensive hands-on experience in ReactJS
Extensive experience on creating Micro front end applications
Modern JS (browser + Node.js), CSS, SCSS and HTML5
Good Experience in NextJS / other Javascript frameworks
Front end state management Redux, ContextAPI, React Hooks etc
Client API GrapQL, Apollo Client, Axios, Fetch wrapper etc
Experience working with Self-directed brokerage, Automated Investor, Managed Brokerage, Personal Trust
Knowledge of accessibility(A11y) and hands on experience with implementation along with supporting tools. WCAG 2.0 and above ADA compliance tools
Reusable React JS component development
Extensive experience on Responsive design system
Experience with Micro frontend architecture
Experience with Webpack with the entire ecosystem

Preferred

Understanding the architecture of web applications, what's going on under the hood
At least a basic understanding of web application performance Tools and libraries, cache management, state management
SCSS / CSS 3, Style components, Webpack 4 and above
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Cloudbees etc
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc
Familiarity with code versioning tools (GIT, TFS)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
