Responsibilities
Assist and support the Project Manager and Superintendent on assigned projects.
Perform routine daily activities and gather and distribute information.
Work under direct supervision.
Be a flexible and adaptable team-player with strong communication and client service skills.

Required
3+ Years experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts.
3+ years working with a preconstruction group to plan projects for success (e.g., procurement, logistics planning, scope reviews, budgeting, and costing).
3+ Years experience managing the design process and relationships between design and construction to ensure the designer delivers quality, budget conscious, and completes documents on schedule.
Bachelor’s Degree - Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 7 years prior relevant experience.
