Responsibilities

Partnering closely with the broader Digital Engineering organization and Banking product organization to deliver a modern, scalable DevOps platform for next-generation solutions.

Delivering high-quality technology solutions for all product areas in the Digital Solutions business.

Keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital mobile space to drive continuous improvement.

Leading the creation and maintenance of automated scripts for building, configuring, deploying, and testing applications in different environments.

Providing operational support for Dev, Test, and Production environments.

Identifying production stability concerns and designing remediation plans.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and prioritize key foundational mobile features.

Driving engineering best practices and standards, managing technology debt, and facilitating process improvement and migration to modern architecture.

Designing and implementing documentation or tools for Technical Support and application platform maintenance.

Implementing a security framework covering infrastructure and applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Researching and developing solutions for fault, performance, capacity, and configuration management in data center operations.

Analyzing current technology, developing improvement processes, and establishing milestones for project contributions.

Assisting other department engineers, providing specifications for proposed solutions, and overseeing project execution.

Working closely with engineering professionals to maintain hardware and software efficiently, mentoring and training engineers companywide.

Monitoring progress and implementation of initiatives with digital delivery teams.

Required

Experience developing engineering applications for a large corporation

Demonstrated project development and leadership skills

Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures

Deep understanding and commitment to software engineering principles and processes (e.g., Lean, Agile, DevOps) and continuous improvement through measurement

Deep understanding of security and compliance for managing data, ideally in a regulated industry

Excellent communicator, highly innovative with a low ego, capable of motivating and energizing direct reports and peers, with a proven ability to create a highly collaborative working environment
