Responsibilities

Implementing product vision: Work with business and IT partners to identify gaps and opportunities for new capabilities, translate inspiring product visions into product roadmaps in alignment with business and IT strategies.

Detail-oriented approach: Interpret requirements, write user stories, and collaborate with technical teams, developers, business analysts, and UX to determine the details.

Agile Practice: Partner with Scrum master and technical teams to participate in agile ceremonies, manage the backlog, and prioritize work within sprints.

Continuous Improvement: Incorporate release reviews, user testing, user feedback, operational and performance metrics, and analysis to proactively identify enhancements and help mature the team’s agile processes.

Communication: Maintain clear and consistent updates with relevant stakeholders.

Coordination: Organize release activities, monitor product performance, adoption, and operational health, and participate in testing as needed.

Be a Team Champion: Lead by example, inspire the team to be adaptable and resilient, celebrate successes, and support continuous team/process improvement.

Required

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.

Typically requires 5+ years relevant experience as a product owner within an agile team environment.

Must exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative style and can share technical ideas and approaches with others.

Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card with intent to become U.S. Citizen

Preferred

IT Cloud Infrastructure, software development process and technical software experience is preferred.

Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies.

Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar technology is a plus.
