Responsibilities
Installs, supports, and maintains LAN, including file servers, gateways, operating systems, network management software, and related equipment.
Researches equipment/software for suitability, makes recommendations, and assists with the ordering process.
Maintains hardware/software audits for compliance with licensing agreements and supports identity infrastructure and infrastructure security.
Develops and maintains service level agreements, identifies resolutions to client problems, and performs advanced-level troubleshooting and repairs.
Analyzes methods to increase operations efficiency, recommends policies and procedures for LAN/WAN management and use.

Required
Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
Three years' network engineering experience
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
CompTIA Certifications
