Responsibilities

Publish monthly costing and capacity supply forecasts to factories, sourcing, and production teams

Create and maintain all buys, including negotiations with factories on delays, shortages, or overages

Manage single-season, multi-season, and replenishment product types

Execute necessary revisions to buys based on changes in customer demand or global supply chain operation

Monitor vendor performance and make logistic changes as needed

Manage inventory flow to support customer demand and warehouse capacities

Proactively manage customer purchase orders and related aspects

Determine business impact of delivery issues, prioritize, and communicate issues related to product flow

Communicate with transportation/warehouse teams for on-time shipment to customers

Compile necessary documentation for customer item setups and customs compliance

Provide information and support to external customer teams as needed

Weekly reporting to cross-functional teams on operational performance

Represent operations team for new company initiatives and system rollouts

Project management for high priority programs (e.g., Black Friday)

Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and create efficient tools
