Responsibilities

Design and develop performance-enhancing training programs and tools for various audiences.

Create new content for internal LMS, SharePoint, and Wiki.

Utilize MS PowerPoint, Wiki, and SharePoint for content development.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.

Ensure training materials adhere to design and development standards, adult learning principles, and regulatory requirements.

Present to stakeholders, SMEs, IT professionals, and leadership with excellent presentation skills.

Required

Strong instructional design experience that is highly proficient in content development for LMS, SharePoint and Wiki

Proficiency with course authoring software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Photo-editing software, MS PowerPoint, Graphic Design software, Photoshop and Illustrator

Local to Atlanta, GA and ability to work onsite

Excellent skills in graphic design and multimedia content creation

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience creating and maintaining training materials such as instructor led workshops, eLearning, virtual learning, videos

Experience ensuring training materials follow design and development standards, adult learning principles, and regulatory requirements

Bachelors Degree

Excellent presentation skills and ability to present to stakeholders, SME’s, IT Professionals and leadership

Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively and meeting established goals and deadlines
