Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision: Define and articulate a clear product vision, conduct market research, and develop a strategic product roadmap.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless product development and foster a culture of collaboration.

LEAN Agile Product Development: Implement LEAN Agile principles, prioritize the product backlog, and manage timely delivery.

Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customer needs, behaviors, and work closely with UX teams.

Product Development and Launch: Lead end-to-end product development, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure high-quality products.

Product Performance and Analysis: Establish KPIs, monitor product performance, and analyze feedback for improvements.

Legacy System Transition: Understand existing systems, assess impact of new products, and manage communication with stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience (6+ years) as a Product Manager in a B2B/SaaS environment, with a track record of successful product launches and customer-centric product development.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive product decisions.

Exceptional communication, organization, storytelling, and facilitation skills to effectively collaborate and ensure alignment among diverse teams and stakeholders.

A passion for technology and a deep understanding of B2B/SaaS industry trends.

Strong understanding of LEAN Agile methodologies and experience leading empowered cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
