Responsibilities
Provide support to Project Managers and Superintendents
Ensure project start-up, construction, and project closeout documentation are accurate and timely
Maintain and organize project records, contract documents, and project history
Assist in maintaining overall project safety
Interact with subcontractors, team members, design professionals, and clients daily

Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be able to interpret and understand design documents and specifications
Understanding of construction law, project management practices, and essential building tasks and sequences
Competency in MS Windows and MS Office365
