Responsibilities
Manage 50-100 customers with onboarding, live training, webinars, renewals, health checks, collecting product feedback, support, quarterly account reviews, and success plans.
Aid in upsells and expansion across our existing customer base.
Answer support tickets and create high value knowledge base content.
Collaborate closely with the growth team to iterate on our CS strategy.
Continuously develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our renewable energy customers, competitor landscape, and industry trends.

Required
Customer First: obsessed with driving value for customers
Metrics: Proven ability to monitor customer health and increase NRR
Fast-learner: you are proactive and able to pick up new things quickly
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup
Previous experience at our ACV range
