Responsibilities

Design paid marketing materials for various audiences (emails, in-app modules, social graphics, sales decks, reports, paid media ads, invites, etc.)

Conceptualize and design creative for multi-channel campaigns that elevate the brand and meet campaign objectives

Work within brand guidelines to deliver strong graphic design solutions that reinforce brand expression

Bring marketing briefs to life across social/digital channels

Develop and execute creative deliverables and integrated marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C segments

Deliver digital, mobile-first design and stay updated on creative technology advancements

Create and maintain shared design assets to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Required

BA or BFA in Graphic Design or other related design discipline preferred

5+ years of graphic design experience required, agency and in-house experience preferred

Expert knowledge Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects)

Knowledge of Google Suite, Keynote, and related tools/products

Understanding of marketing, creative production, website design, brand identity, advertisements, and multimedia design

Deadline driven and highly organized - works well with tight deadlines in a team environment and is able to prioritize tasks effectively

Possess strong conceptual skills, strong sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions

Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities; this position requires an individual who works well under pressure, is flexible and easily able to re-prioritize when necessary

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and present ideas to cross-functional teams
