Responsibilities

Shaping the technical direction for the infrastructure

Supporting the growth of the core business

Venturing into new product domains

Designing and implementing successful large scale infrastructure on public clouds (AWS)

Managing and operating containerized applications/systems in production using Kubernetes

Software development in one or more general-purpose programming languages like Python, Go, Java, etc

Working in-office 5 days a week in San Mateo or Las Vegas

Experience in the Gaming Industry or with Unity

Required

4-8+ years of industry experience designing and implementing successful large scale infrastructure on public clouds (AWS)

2-4+ years of Kubernetes experience, managing and operating containerized applications/systems in production

Software development experience in one or more general-purpose programming languages, such as Python, Go, Java, etc

Able to work in-office 5 days a week in San Mateo or Las Vegas (relocation assistance available for brand new Vegas HQ)

Experience in the Gaming Industry (ideally). Alternatively - experience with Unity and a passion for building services for games.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical field of study, or equivalent industry experience

Preferred

Total Comp: 160K - 500K depending on final level & location.
