Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint review to ensure the team remains aligned and productive
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by the team
Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
Work closely with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and stakeholders to align on Agile processes and ensure consistency across the organization
Use data-driven insights to track and enhance team performance, implementing changes as necessary to improve velocity and quality
Foster a collaborative and open environment where all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute

Required
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
Proven facilitation skills and the ability to ask thought-provoking questions that help a team pinpoint their challenges and solutions
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridging the gap between each
Well-versed in project management software (e.g., Jira)
3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
Proven experience in leading and coaching teams in an Agile environment
Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Advocate for Agile principles with the ability to inspire and drive change within teams and the broader organization
Passionate about continuous improvement and driven to help teams reach their full potential
